Very good natural complex. I find it very effective during periods of stress and emotional overload. I feel less anxious and less tired due to stress. Tested twice, over 21 days and then over just 7 days, and the results were quick to appear. I recommend it!
Great product, I take it in the morning to start the day calmly and in the evening to help me relax and sleep, and it works! 😊
