Ingrédients : Extrait aqueux d'Harpagophytum** (Harpagophytum procumbens (Burch.) DC.), eau purifiée, jus concentré de Pomme**, sucre de canne** liquide, jus concentré de Citron**, macérat glycériné de bourgeons de feuilles de Cassis** (Ribes nigrum L.), macérat glycériné de bourgeons de Bouleau verruqueux** (Betula pendula Roth.), macérat glycériné de bourgeons de Pin** (Pinus mugo Turra).

1 ampoule per day diluted in a large glass of water (20 cl) to be taken before meals for 20 days. Repeat if necessary. It is recommended to combine it with JOINT COMFORT to enhance the effects.
1) Shake the ampoule before use
2) Break off one tip of the ampoule using a tissue
3) Pour the contents of the ampoule into a glass, breaking off the second tip
4) Add 20 cl of water before taking.
Recommended duration: 3 months, take a break of two weeks to one month, then repeat if necessary.
